At Tangent, we need to ensure that we have the best quality Mentors in our community so we vet every single application - this process can take up to a week.
Our criteria for approval are:
- You work in a Tech company
- You have signed up with a valid work email address
- You are keen to mentor and support others
- You are focussed on your personal development
