Brazilian living in the UK for the past 6 years, I'm a non-active economist working in the tech industry for the past decade. Passionate about music, from production to spinning some records on the turntable. Currently I support Zendesk's most strategic customers in the UK&I market.
What was your journey into a career in Tech Sales
My journey in tech began after acquiring experience in building solid and lasting relationships and understanding the importance of customer centricity.
What would you say are the best things about working in Tech Sales
What I enjoy the most is the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and the exposition to strategic thinking and how impactful you can be in driving key metrics and business goals with them.
What advice would you give to someone who is just about to start their career in sales
Be curious and aligned with industry trends.
