I’m a father of 3 very energetic kids under 6, avid runner, guitar player and sword fighter….more about that later! I’ve been in Customer Success for around 7 years now and before that worked for one of the biggest players in the iGaming sector
What was your journey into a career in Tech Sales
Immediately before getting into tech I was an Actor and a Stuntman, but the move to a tech role was spurred on by finding out we were having our first child, and with the experience of the industry I had (iGaming) helped me to secure a role focusing on North America
What would you say are the best things about working in Tech Sales
The absolute variety to your day. As a CSM you’re a person that has to wear many hats. Product, Commercial, Tech, Support and you never know what curve ball is going to the thrown at you on any given day
What advice would you give to someone who is just about to start their career in sales
Ensure that your CV demonstrates how your experience (from whatever field) shows what you can achieve in a sales role. Sales isn’t just about KPIs, Targets and quotas. It’s about building meaningful, lasting relationships. Make sure your CV shows that!

I’ve been fortunate enough to work for two of the biggest companies in my sector. As someone who also recruits, I’m eager to find the hidden talent that’s out there.
