I’ve been in the fitness industry nearly all my professional career from coaching, admin, reception and now in SaaS.
I’m a football coach, newly recruited LEGO enthusiast and quite musical.

New technology and solutions to existing problems that people aren’t aware even exist or that there are solutions that exist.
What advice would you give to someone who is just about to start their career in sales
Know who you are first, what type of personality do you have, character, resolve, what type of principles do you have?
Then through trial and error start using them in your working life.
People appreciate people, not ‘I’m a different person’s at work compared to outside of it.’

I don’t think mentoring is for everyone. It’s more about listening to and fine tuning, almost like a guitar.
Everyone can make a sound in their respective professions, some just need tuning without completely taking apart their skill set and persona.
I like to believe I’ve developed the necessary things to be able to share knowledge, fine tune people’s obstacles into success and have a lasting impact in how someone may have previously thought about a topic.
